Our KV series

With the KV series, we have found a way to combine proven quality with an attractive price point. Standardized, practical design allows us to offer short delivery times without compromising on reliability, functionality, or durability.

The KV series is designed as a top-loading system and is loaded from above – ideal for heavy, large-volume, or bulky test specimens. The stainless steel test chamber ensures high corrosion resistance, consistent testing conditions, and a long service life.

Thanks to modern adhesive joining technology, the KV series does without traditional welds. This reduces potential weak points, increases tightness, and minimizes maintenance.

Joining technology

Our adhesive joining technology enables a permanent, corrosion-resistant bond without thermal or mechanical influence on the components. It ensures high tightness, reduced stresses, and maximum process reliability – ideal for demanding applications in corrosion testing technology.

Test room

Our test chamber, constructed from special stainless steel, boasts exceptional corrosion resistance, a long service life, and maximum process stability. The smooth surfaces enable rapid heating and cooling times, as well as consistent testing conditions – even under extreme loads.

frame construction

Our frame construction consists of V2A stainless steel profiles and offers excellent protection against corrosion. Our systems are clad with aluminum composite panels, which are available in various colors.

Our control system impresses with its ease of use, precise regulation, integrated measurement data acquisition, and maximum reliability. It enables intuitive operation and ensures efficient, safe testing processes.
